Pickled Mushrooms #1

Ingredients

1/3 cup Red wine vingar
1/3 cup Salad oil
1 small Onion; sliced, separate
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 Jar (12-oz) mushrooms;

Method

Bring all ingredients except mushrooms to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer 5-6 minutes. Refrigerate several hours in a covered container.
